SuperHeros

I'm pretty sure the girls like superheroes more than Ezra does right now. But these are some of his birthday toys.

Movie Night

Thanks Mom and Dad Haskins for getting us together, and taking us out for a great dinner and a fun movie.
Love you all

Hi Ho, hi Ho

What do you do when you have only one kid for a few days?
Go on that long hike you've wanted. Enter Timp Caves.
Ryan and I took Ezra and hiked up the 1.5 miles that increases 1000 ft. Steep. But beautiful. We loved it. So did Ezra. He giggled while riding in the front carrier in the way up and loved every minute. He didn't fall asleep until about five minutes before we got back in the car. So cute

Two is better

Ashby had a play date today with two girls from her kindergarten class. Everyone had fun. Even London had a blast.

I think might have to have a double friend play date again.

Picnicking

We love being outside and enjoying the beauty of the area and the weather, and being able to play or enjoy a hike.

We also can't seem to avoid having to eat on an everyday basis. (also enjoyable)

So we often find ourselves taking our home cooked dinners to go to a park or (most often) a pretty place up the canyon.

This is what we did tonight for our family night.
Good food, to the point lesson and lots of fun with of us all together.

Our Giving Garden

Today we enjoyed the first (not counting the lettuce) of many of the yummy gifts our garden will give.
The yellow squash was great addition to our veggies for dinner

Maybe one day

I have been thinking about starting to blog again and maybe with help from this app and the fact that Ezra is constantly growing and needing me a little less all the time. Maybe, one day I will post again on a regular basis.

In the interim, please enjoy the pictures.

Halloween

Happy Halloween.  We had a really nice holiday this year.  Lots of candy, family and fun costumes.

Cowgirl Ashby
London Mae, sweet Indian girl
Ezra the little Froggy
Halloween this year was beautiful!  Not only was there no rain, but it was almost hot.  In the mid 60's.  We had a Cowgirl, an Indian or Unicorn and a little Froggy boy.  It sure was great to have Nana and Papa here.
